Rated 5 out of 5 bytotallynotjohn from Excellent headphones, but...wanting to buy some new earphones I came back to Samsung as their earphones are absolutely wonderful in sound and improve in design with each newly released pair. I saw that the Active In-ear headphones came in black and I knew I had to get a pair myself. I did some research and looked at some reviews to discover that people were having issues deciding whether or not if they were actually "Black" or "Navy Blue". Concerned I took to YouTube to watch some reviews and get a better visual, only to see that they didn't look Navy Blue. So, I ordered some of my own only to discover that this "Black" is indeed a Navy Blue. I love Samsung but, as a long time customer I am disappointed to see that they can't produce a simple product that they've made before. The only reason I haven't thrown them out is because how pricey these puppies are. A recommendation for this product is well deserved, but I will say that don't order the Black headphones unless you want them in Navy Blue.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDbmanning from Heavy usage short life spanI love the way these fit in my ears. I use them anywhere from 5 to 8 hours a day. They were delivered on 10/23/18 and the sound went out in the right ear on 1/22/19. Feel like they should last longer than 3 months. Until I can find another pair that fits as well as these I guess I'll continue to buy these every 3 months. 2.5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 bySargenyc from Cord gives out in 2-3monthsI loved these when I first got them. The sound is good, the fit is great. But, as other users have pointed out the cord gives out way too fast. I lost sound in the right bud just a few months after purchase. I was going to purchase another pair but after seeing how others have had the same trouble it's not worth re-investing. Please fix this Samsung and I will be back.

Impossible to keep up with the gels. They get lost and then you can't find a replacement, so you would have to buy all new ear buds. What happened to wired AKGs that came with the S9??? Why don't Samsung sell them anymore??? Annoying!

I just had to get a second pair in case anything happens to the ones that came with my phone. I used to buy cheaper earbuds, for years, and they would always break or stop working, but these Samsung earbuds have never once let me down. Love the sound quality and design. Price is a little more than I'd like, but they're definitely worth it.

Today however, the earphone that contains the microphone side decided to stop working. I thought that they would have lasted longer due to them being of the Samsung brand. I am disappointed in the quality.
