Great bag for a college student
Purchased this as a Christmas gift for our son who is in college and has been wanting to switch from a backpack to a messenger bag. I researched lots of bags before deciding on this one -- this bag seemed to check all the boxes with the laptop compartment, a place for pens, phone, keys, an extra pocket on the outside for easy access, a padded shoulder strap, lightweight, durable fabric, etc. My son loved it and has already loaded it up with all his essentials and ready to start a new semester. One feature I'd have loved to see is an outside pouch for a water bottle. Nevertheless, this one was roomy enough for a water bottle in the inside (just would have been more convenient to be able to access on the outside.

Very light and comfortable yet roomy.
The material seems very sturdy and it could last for few years of being carried around the airplanes.

Small for 15,6 inch laptop
The computer pocket was small for my 15.6 laptop, but in the and fit in middle part of bag!

This is an excellent well made bag perfect for my airplane carry on. It is so well thought it and all compartments zip shut so I'm not losing items under seats and in security scans. This size is perfect to fit underseat and hold essentials with being too big to tempt me into carrying more than I need. Very pleased with the quality oh the material.

Good quality bag
This is a good quality bag with nice functionality. If I had the perfect bag, the zip components would open fully and instead of having a center outside clip, I would have two. One on each side of the bag. As a bonus, adding an outside water bottle holder would also be nice. All in all a good bag and deserving of five stars for the price.

Too many zippers and closures
I use this to carry my work materials and computer. I'm a "traveling" teacher and I take stuff home at night. I could do without all the zipper flaps. I just needed the big flap over the compartments and not needed the additional zippered closings on the mail compartment and the small compartment in the front. Other than that I am satisfied.

Nice and economical bag
This is a nice bag, very light. It also has a lot of pockets for the organization and a secured front flap which I like. I have not used it yet due to Covid-19. I am not sure if this can be compared with Tumi tote or not as I also purchased one recently. But the quality is ok for its price range and the bag seems to be very functional. I can make more comments once I have a chance to use it.

Nice bag horrible clips
The bag is nice a spacious.
The problem I have is the clips are not feasible when carrying more than just a laptop.
The clips have gotten caught 3 times and have given way while carrying it on my shoulder causing it fall to the ground.

This product is very useful for me.
I am a music teacher, I have my lessons in there for my students, also my personal laptop, pens, and a "recording microphone" and a book to read along the way. (I travel by Train), I love its color, its style, it does not weigh and it has a double protector, so that it is not easily opened by thieves.
