SMART Extended Warranty - extended service agreement (extension) - 2 years

SMART warrants, that the product and certain accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the particular period. If SMART receives notice during the warranty term, that the product does not conform to the above warranty, SMART's obligation shall be for SMART to offer advanced hardware replacement at no cost to you, or return for repair of the product (or component of product), that has proven to be defective at no cost to you except for the one-way shipping cost (plus any duties and taxes) of the product or component to a SMART-authorized service center. SMART shall determine your entitlement, based on the serial number of your product. When returning product to SMART, it must be returned in original packaging. Upon receipt of returned product or component, SMART will establish the cause of the problem. At the sole discretion of SMART, the defective Product or component will be either repaired or replaced.
