Revolabs audio cable

The Revolabs FLX conference phone offers 3.5 mm balanced inputs and outputs. This connector is often confused with a 3.5 mm stereo connector, as it appears the same, but is wired very differently. The Revolabs FLx base station can accept a balanced or unbalanced 3.5mm plug but will not accept a stereo 3.5 mm plug. The use of a stereo 3.5 mm plug into the FLX base station will result in either poor audio or no audio at all depending on what device is connected at the other end of the cable.
