Could have gotten an off-brand but prior experience told me not to. This new one seems to work fine but it sure was expensive. Thankfully, timely shipping with appropriate packaging.

We had previously tried a (cheaper) off-brand battery, but couldn't get it to work or even to charge. The Plantronics battery is definitely worth the extra money.

Love the wireless headset so I can move about if needed when talking. All the products I have used from Plantronics have been very good. I also have their Bluetooth for my cell phone.

One day they just stop holding a charge. I simply am not happy with the life span of these batteries. Love the headset, but not the batteries they require.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement battery received The new replacement battery works fine with my Savi 440 headset. so far so good - it's exactly like the original. I really was looking for the replacement battery with the on/off switch and couldn't tell if this was it. I ordered a new Savi 440 headset for a coworker a while back and the battery had the on/off switch. That would've been great if I could've rec'd that one. As it stand whenever I leave to transport I must to remove the battery from the headset. Otherwise I logon in the morning and the headset is dead - then I have to wait for it to recharge before I can use it. The 2 batteries now should help. The original battery is not holding the charge like it used to when it was purchased 4 or so years ago. I'm still EXTREMELY happy with my headset :)

I really needed it since the my old battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than two conference call meetings. Anyway, I found that when I received my replacement batter is very easy to install and has been working perfectly - keeps a charge through all my 7-8 meetings in a day!
