Rated 5 out of 5 bydummie from How Do you remove the plastic top?no directions for the device? So I called 1-800-234-4597 no answer for my dilemma? So I write a review. Do I open or crack the plastic capsule and risk a damaged product? Am I a dummie yes. So I ask whats up with that? device

Rated 5 out of 5 byferryhill from Very sturdy design, can't lose the capThis product reminds me of the old Lexar drives with the thick plastic covers. The cover pushes down over the lower part to uncover the USB end and the cap doesn't come off. Good for mailing or for creating recovery media. The cover is a little hard to move but at least it stays put.
