I bought this a few weeks back for an upcoming trip. This is a brilliant battery the 20,000 mahr can charge your devices multiple times. Was in London with my mother and it charged both our phones, my electronic cigarette and still had power left in it.

very handy and useful product
I bought this a couple weeks ago and have already used it to charge my phone and watch. Very happy with results. Plan to take the charger with us on overnight trips, expect it will be helpful for charging phones, etc.

Best power pack at it price
I have been using this now for a few weeks and it works great. The plugs all have covers to keep it clean and batter lasts for a long time even with iPads. I own a few power packs but this is first otter box one and it will now be my only brand. It works and stays clean at an unbeatable price. This is a must have for anyone on the go.

Did not know what to expect...
I purchased this heavy duty phone charger about a couple of ago to take on an international trip. It is still early, but so far it has performed well. I have been quite pleased so far. I have had great luck with otterbox products which influenced my decision to buy this one.

Excellent battery pack
This is my new favorite Otter product. This external battery charges my phone more quickly than some of my wall chargers. At 10k mah it's got way more juice than my previous battery pack. And of course it's bomb proof!

Very useful for travelers
My cell phone battery always dies in the worst possible moment so for travelers this is a must. I will never have to waste time in the airport or a train station searching for a power socket again. I would highly recommend this product.

Good charge but weighs a lot
This charger is a great design and recharges my phone quickly. It has enough juice for several charges . But it’s very heavy for its size. Not sure the exact weight but I can feel it in my backpack. That’s why I rated it a 3 not a 4 or 5. Would have preferred a lighter charger.

Best Power Pack
I bought this last month after a bad experience with a competitor's version that didn't function properly. This unit is far superior! I've used the unit multiple times and have been able to recharge an iPhone 4+ times off of one charge! The rugged construction is great for taking unit on outdoor adventures. The plugs have covers to protect them from sand and the elements when not in use. This unit is living up to the OtterBox name in performance and features!

Got this just in time for a flight. Outlets are usually all taken when I am at the airport so it works out great! Can charge my phone twice, maybe a tad more on a single charge.

It takes a long time to charge my phone
It’s okay, nothing to go crazy over it. I purchased a $10.00 charger and takes about the same time to charge my phone. The charger has a longer life that’s it.

Love the 4a output.
Most portable chargers output 1A, some better ones do 2A. This is the only one I have seen that does 4A so quick charge compatible with Picel, Moto, Samsung, etc. It is a little heavy / bulky.

Love my Otter Power Pack
