The Nomadix Service Engine (NSE) is the only solution that offers a complete set of features that addresses the needs of Public Access Service Operators (PASOs) and end users within a public access HotSpot or Metropolitan HotZone. The NSE consists of an extensive patent and patent-pending portfolio of intellectual property fencing off more than 15 unique areas of functionality needed to successfully deploy public access networks ensuring that customers will always be at the forefront of innovation while providing the ability to create multi-use, multi-revenue networks that require zero configuration by the end user.

Platforms running the NSE are located in the public access network and work with a centralized provisioning system. By placing an NSE-enabled device in the HotSpot or HotZone, the provider can deploy a cost effective service - from a CAPEX / OPEX perspective while keeping the edge of the network secure and maximizing multiple revenue streams through a variety billing, wholesale and roaming capabilities.
