Ideal for business and professional users looking to increase their productivity with a dual display setup, this little black box lets you run different applications on each monitor or view one application across two monitors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Machine I use the print, copy, fax, and scan features every day in my office. All kinds of print jobs except envelopes. Use as local printer but have used as network printer.Probably print 100 pages, 12 faxes, and 10 scans per day. A cartridge lasts me about 60 days and you'll probably do better if you don't print a lot of graphs or pictures.I don't use the two side print often, but when I do it works fine.It is particularly adept at scanning. I use Adobe almost exclusively.I rate the machine so high because I use all the features and they all work. Have had it 2 years. Had one no charge on site service call to replace a spring loaded clip pressing down on the 500 sheet stack of paper.Controls are laid out well.I am buying a new model for another department where it will be used by three people as a network printer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We've had this MFP in our office for a couple of years now. We do low to moderate amounts of printing and a fair amount of scanning. We bought this unit because of its ability to copy, print and scan double sided documents all within our budget. The only problem we have ever faced is the document feeder jamming when there are too many documents in the feeder and or the documents were tattered and dog eared. This is not the fault of the printer. The printer also fights you on printing envelopes. It should be an easier effortless process, but has not turned out to be the case so far. The toner used in this product is over priced in my opinion ($150-170) and I have held off from trying aftermarket toners.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst purchase ever pretty machine that jams too easily, unjams with extreme difficulty and then becomes too costly to repair.
