WinMagic Standard support is for customers, that have deployed SecureDoc Enterprise Edition and centrally manage their solution with SecureDoc Enterprise Server (SES). This level of support offers enhanced support services to customers. With Standard support, customers receive full telephone support and 4 enhanced service levels with faster response times. These levels are based on the severity of the issue, ranging from general inquiries to catastrophic issues, that are business-critical. Response times are reflective of the severity of the issue with a goal of resolution as soon as possible, based on the support service level agreement (SLA).
