Did not fit the geometry of my ear. Watched the how-to-wear videos on the jabra step wireless website and followed instructions on how to adjust. In my situation, with the tips embedded in the ear canal, the GelHook rode high and did not add stability to the speaker module to effectively hold it in position. I cut the GelHook ~1/4 inch to shorten front-side shank length to allow it to better match my ear geometry.Summary: Overall, I like the headphones. The speaker module is bulky and subject to working its way out of and off the ear when physically active. I am confident this would be less of an issue if the GelHook better conformed to my ear.

To the point that I often forget I'm even wearing them.Set up is easy.Battery life is great. I can listen to podcasts all day and even if I forget to charge for a few days and still not lose power.

These feel heavy on my ears, and the part that protrudes into rthe he ear canal feels invasive, for lack of a better description. The mini usb connection for charging is difficult to use imo, maybe due to fat fingers(?). I guess i expected to be wowed by wirelsss ear buds but was not. I find it easier to just plug in my cheap wired buds when i go for my morning walk. I usually listen to podcasts rather than music so my review does not speak to sound quality. When i bought the Jabras I had originally selected a different brand, about $20 cheaper. The sales guy convinced me the Jabra has better sound. Had i paused to think about how i use ear buds i would have stayed with the cheaper brand.

So poor, when you use it in a place with a lot of wireless device like wifi and blueetooh, it will perform poorly and sometime disconnected from your connected device.

This is the 4th pair of wireless earbuds that I have had since February (different brands) and they came highly recommended by the store. The sound quality was average. I was really hoping that these would last longer.
