Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThe Evolve 65 MS is a proper Bluetooth skype for business headset. The voice quality is really good, and since they're Bluetooth you can pair them with your smartphone as well, both for calls and listening to music. The sound quality is better then expected, yet lacks a little bit in the bass department for my taste and sounds a little muffled in the highs. The microphone that can be magnetically stowed away is a nice touch, however it quite often pops loose. Wearing the headset for longer periods of time isn't that great, as the headset has quite a lot of clampdown force pressing on your ears (which starts to hurt after about half an hour). All in all it's quite a good headset which was given to me by the company I work for. With some minor tweak however, I think it can be great one, since being able to wear it all day is a must for this type of hardware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullEasy to install and use. It is a comfortable headset with very good audio and microphone quality.I use it daily and are very satisfied. One thing has to be criticized. The plate on the headphone on the side without microphone vibrates. It is minimally loose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThe device and software works well as long as it is connected on the company network. To that note the only difference between Zabra and normal Bluetooth headset is that Zabra connects through internet with a soft dial screen. However I believe the main advantage with Zabra comes with being able to connect from a non Disney network (example: home network). The quality of the call depends on various things like internet quality, Disney server connectivity and speed. From my user experience, I believe the connectivity to the Disney service is not so good which resulted in call drop out many times during the calls. May be if we can make some improvement in this space the tool could perform a lot better especially when it comes to conference calls where we really can afford to have many call drop outs as it currently is. Overall a great software to have with some improvements required.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullHi Jabra team,You guys made a great headset ! I love it ! It does address all my desires :-wired (no dongle, drivers, blablab), it just works all the time everywhere - ANC : great to isolate myself in a noisy environment and get stuff done at the office. And also is big so when I have it on, people are more conscious about walking to my desk and ask me stuff.-Skype/ Lync certified-It has been a year now, and now issues, I take it everywhere I go form the beach to airport to even outdoor festivals.-I like the busy light integrated when busy but should also work with the Skype for Business full presence color set-I like the color scheme : black and red : beautifulI have to admit I am not using it as a music headset when walking outside as it is a bit too bulky and with the micro bit make me feel "not cool"Thanks guys with that headset, I can work, produce, meditate, isolate and relax myself !great work !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullPros:- Excellent active noise cancellation- Excellent passive noise insulation / isolation- Great mic / audio quality for calls- Good audio quality for listening to music (could use more bass)Cons:- Hissing noise when used with Evolve 80 Link to USB- Ear cushions not wide enough (Jabra 1.5" width vs Sony MDR-ZX780DC 1.75", see photo)- Headset doesn't adjust enough for bigger heads- Headset is heavy and uncomfortable after wearing for an hour- 47" cord length is too short- Cord is not removable / replaceable
