Rated 5 out of 5 by from The description doesn't match the product. I bought this online as it said it was compatible with my new Spectre x360 laptop. When it arrived it was unusable as it has no USB connection (look closely at the picture). I spoke to a customer service rep who sent me a different model that was also supposed to be compatible and had the same problem. HP needs to fix the description and categorization to prevent this problem for others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No option to replace plugs I bought this travel adapter so I could power my laptop with something easy to carry. It did that fine. However, the included plug for my HP laptop kept disconnecting from the cord coming from the power adapter. This was very frustrating. Then I lost this small plug. I can't find a place to order a new one. So, there is no way to replace something that doesn't connect very well in the first place!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not lighter or smaller than stock power supply the power supply works fine, but overall it is not lighter weight or smaller in size the the stock unit that came with my Elitebook 820, which is what I wanted in a travel power supply. Don't waste your money if you are looking for smaller and lighter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT FOR THE HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop uses a Mini HDMI and this multi use USB AC Adapter doesn't have one with the three it comes with! So no matter what they tell you on the phone this will NOT WORK for a HP Spectre x360.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works on ENVY, but not on Spectre x360 Convertible I was told that this would work on both an ENVY 13t and a Spectre x360 Convertible. The connector is incompatible with the Spectre. It works fine on the ENVY.

It comes in a large carry case with many individual connector plugs for each region so overall it's not very compact or lightweight. Much better to carry the original travel plug which came with the computer and use a multi-region plug adaptor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from does not work w/ HP Pavilion I ordered the slim power cord, buying the exact part # that HP assured me would be compatible with my Pavilion. It just arrived and it does not fit - the pin is about half as long as it needs to be and also too thin. I hoped it would replace the standard HP charger sold with the Pavilion, which keeps breaking every month or so. Five or six chargers have broken in the same location, by the pin, even though my laptop stays plugged in at the same location and is rarely moved, so there is no wear and tear to speak of. It is clearly a manufacturer's defect.

I trying to go the cheap way and order a charger from the Wal-Mart website but it wasn't what I ordered and I had to return the item more than once ..so I was like the forget that..I wish I would have came to the hp website first

Rated 5 out of 5 by from does not work properly Purchased the correct power adapter rated for the laptop (HP Pavilion). When the adapter is plugged into the wall using the cord, the laptop states power to low to charge. When I change the cord to the wall plug in adapter it works but the cord is so short I can't work at a desk and have to sit on the floor. At 52 that is a little in convenient. I do not recommend this as it will cause you frustration.

I have small kids that trip over cords far more than one might think they really should, so it was much needed. I got it on sale so it was definitely worth every penny. Thanks!

I did a chat with a Natasha. Natasha helped me out and was very satisfied. Her knowledge and help with getting me the right adapter I needed was great. I ended up ordering the HP 65W Slim AC Adapter awhile later. Went to the HP STORE on line and ordered it. I was really surprised to see how thin and all the extra adapter plugs that came with it. I plan on ordering another one later down the road. HP Products are number one on my list for all my computers needs...
