Rated 1 out of 5 by from We ordered 2, one was broken and stressed and the other had broken rollers I would not recommend this to anyone. The price was better than HP only one worked. The fuser was packaged nicely but the rollers were floating around in the box. The broken one had a piece fall out when I held it up and much of the plastic was bent over and white from being stressed. The other has been in use about 2 weeks and has been fine but I was not confident in it working. We have well over 100 of the printers that use these and I need them all to be reliable.
