Best Backpack I've Ever Owned
I bought this bag as a Christmas gift for myself this season. I previously bought a 17" HP Laptop and I couldn't take it with me easily / safely because I had no bag that would fit the laptop. This backpack is extremely comfortable and lightweight. It is versatile and includes numerous pockets and an RFID pocket for your credit cards. Perfect bag for a busy student. Also, a really good deal...you can't go wrong.

Awesome backpack at a good price
After using a standard carrying bag for my 15.6 inch laptop I decided to get this backpack for my new 17.3 inch computer. I can actually fit both laptops, all accessories, external drives and then some in it! Love that I can take the needed cards and place them in the RFID protected pocket! I also added the winter blue wireless mouse for the new computer!

Decent bag but it needs more separators
Well built and sturdy with some good padding in strategic places. I also have the old version of this which had less padding but I wish the new one had retained the 3 small separators. There is plenty of storage but I use those separators to store my external HDD's (I use a separate HDD for each client) and the absence of those pockets prevents me from transitioning to the new bag so I won't be using it, unfortunately. :-(

A poor quality backpack
I am appalled by the number of holes that have appeared on the inside of my "Business Backpack".
This backpack has only been used a handful of times and it looks like the whole thing is about to fall apart.
I’m concerned that it is not sturdy enough now to support my HP Z Book 17” laptop.
The top pocket where I stored my phone is completely useless now as the side has gone.
I first reported this to the HP Store within the warranty period, but have just been told that the item is "End of life and no support available".
So it appears that HP will not honour their 12 month warranty! Is that even legal?
I could not recommend this at all.

Not the right size
Bought this as a college bag but sadly it’s not big enough for what I need when I called customer service the Asian lady just wanted to argue with me and only give me a 10$ credit for a 80$ bag finally after about an hour I got a full refund

I upgraded to a new HP backpack from the HP model (now 8 years old). I immediately saw the benefits with more room, more zippered compartments and durability. Hopefully this new model will hold up to daily use like the old one.
