Ordering online is a pain/problem all the time
I do not understand why I have to enter and enter and enter my printer number plus type of toner I need repetitively. You would think their computer/browser could remember details - this makes ordering online TEDIOUS !!

This toner is the best out there
I struggled for months with toner cartridges from a 3rd party vendor. Their advice was to just print several pages, the colored smears along the edges will disappear "sooner or later." They never did. I returned them, and I ordered a set of HP cartridges, which arrived the next day. The first page out was perfect! And every page thereafter has also been perfect. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Emphatically yes, every penny!

Too Costly
I bought all 4 color cartridges and it costed me $430 where as a new laser printer (latest one) will have costed me $280. I thought of not increasing waste on the planet by discarding my working printer and buy a new one and i feel like a fool doing that when I made the payment.

If you are like us and want the best quality production with minimal hassle and are willing to pay for it, going with OEM is a great way to go... but you sure do pay for it! On the bright side, overnight shipping was free and they offer free recycling.

Good colors, but expensive
I got good value from my original color cartridges, so I was surprised at the cost of replacements. Nevertheless, the quality of the color reproduction is excellent so I bit the bullet and ordered the three pack. I needed my grandsons' pictures in color!

My printer is exellent: easy to use, generates exellent prints, estetically pleasing.
However, the toner cartriges are very expensive and never on sale. The promissed credits for the used cartriges return are not posted into the account, thus, not realised. It is ourages that a set of the toner cartriges cost significantly exieds the price of the printer.!!!

HP has great ink
I have been using the 201X for black and the colors for a few years, since I bought my laser printer. I use ink for my school class projects, as I prepare for lessons at home. Once I had to purchase the 201A at a local store because I was running low. But it didn't last long enough so I buy the more efficient 201X and make sure I plan ahead so I don't run out. Thanks.

Didn’t think much of it. I really don’t like how I got 5 emails asking me to review the purchase. It’s toner. It makes it so my printer will print. Wrong product
I entered my printer model # and trusted HP to direct me to the correct toners. I was in a hurry so I did not double check with my manual and did not look at my machine (it was first time ordering for this model).
I was so excited to find the 3 pack for the laser printer. When I opened the toners, I discovered None worked--wrong size. So, I have 3 201 toners going back as "used" toners and I'm out of pocket the $$. Never do that again. Not HP's fault but I would have thought the printer would be linked to the correct toners. Now I do not type the model printer. I order directly using the HP number.

Leaving a yellow imprint
I bought this a month ago and I have been happy with it in the past, but this time the yellow toner has started leaving yellow streak marks on my printed papers. I tried cleaning the printer, but still leaving the marks. Not happy with that effect.
