This Grandma with scratched lenses (fell and waiting for new ones) goofed on order. Already had opened one pack. Now I have cartridges that I cannot use. I need to know where I can deposit these so some other soul can have them. Great service immediately when an order is placed.

When I replaced the cartridge and tried to reprint the letter that I was working on I got an error message that said the ink system was bad and I could longer use the printer until it was repaired by a certified tech. It would cost me more to repair then replace.

Only that it took a little longer to receive them. No big deal, I wasn't in a hurry. But, like I tell all my friends, if you can wait until until you guys have a sale, WAIT. Plus I always tell them to recycle your stuff, you provide a paid envelop to use, although I wish we could get another discount for that, mox-nix, it doesn't matter in the long run. It's the quality and quanity that matters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish It Was Not So Expensive I bought the HP 02 Black Inc a few days ago and the time to receive the product is and has always been amazing. I ordered more than just black, but it all came on the next business day. Note, it can be two business days depending on what time of day you ordered, but I've always receive the product within the parameters of the defined time during the order My complaint, the price is ridiculous for the all their ink products. I can't see how come the cost is so much. Also, I usually get a $10 off or a percentage off coupon within the package when I receive my order, and this has not happened in the last couple of mailings. The HP printer I have is , admittedly, old but it will not print ANYTHING if an in cartridge is empty and out of date. Restricting the ink because the out of date does not allow you to order ahead of time, so I have to wait and order close to when the ink cartridge runs out. I spent over $100 for 5 ink cartridges and no discount. Funny thing, if I call they give it to me (sometimes). It just makes me so angry to have to pay that much for ink cartridges and I imagine sooner or later, because my printer is so old, they will discontinue my ink cartridges and then what......

It's not that bargan inks wouldn't also work, but HP ink cartridges communicate with my printer to tell it that I have loaded an HP cartridge and the printer can recognize it.

I like the trouble free operation of the copier and the the ink cartridges, but the opersting costs are too high foe the average household user. Not a godd value.

(I do like you selling it, though - I had to get it at Walmarts since they have wiped out all the small businesses that had ink prior, and I do not want to give Walmarts any business. Also they only have the box 02 cartridges and certain inks run out faster so I have a pile of some and none of the others, and I don't use the photo paper that is in the box. Now that I found you sell this ink, I will buy from you.) Everyone wants reviews now and I am tired of writing them and getting repeat requests over and over when I don't.

But I use to be able to buy two black cartridges in a pack now I was only offered 1 to buy. The prices go up every order but there are discounts. But they go up. HP will not like my review but I would like to see the prices steady for ONE year. Can't buy in bulk because they expire though I keep using them. The ink is still good quality. After I had entered the type printer, I thought the site had taken me to the type of ink I needed. When it arrived (very timely I might add), I opened it. As I went to figure out how to put it in the printer, I discovered it was the wrong ink. Ink is not cheap. Now I have some to give away since I can't use it and it has been opened.

If not used right away since color has not run out and the printer is not used that often. The printer software objects that the date has past even though it's just been opened and put in new. This applies to all the colors.

I actually have to get HP ink or my printer will not print , it will tell me that the ink is not the correct ink for my printer... Quite the smart printer I'd say, of course it's an Hp printer. I want my photos to be printed in high quality (the best) so I always use Hp products and the photos I take and print are just awesome. Believe it or not the photo shown was taken with a cell phone !! not even my awesome Hp camera !! It then would have been even better....

Not sure if they dry out or what, but I'm extremely disappointed. I've had the 6500 wireless printer for less than and year and finally got frustrated to the point I'm heading out next week to buy another printer - you can bet it won't be an HP! I hardly ever print color, and 80% of my black printing is draft mode - I probably get less than 70 pages before I get the warning message about ink being low! Had a Lexmark before this and could go months and months before changing cartridges. HP - go back to the drawing board!

I agree that you cannot 'empty' a cartridge totally, which does anger me, however, given the consistent quality of print almost all the time, I wouldn't switch to a different brand at all. I REALLY enjoy this direct buying plan/store that I've found in the last 6 months which gets me my ink in less than 1 day, with specials & rebates at most times. Thanks HP for great quality products!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from all about inks I love my HP Photosmart D7160 printer (7100 series) it is the best printer for color and use of ink. It upset me that it is not only almost impossible to find the individual inks available in retail stores but the cost of ink has increased tri -fold since I purchased the printer. I have tested and own another HP printer however, none of them print photos like the Photosmart. It is the only HP printer I know that you can buy individual ink cartridges . If I am not mistaken it is the only product with the Vivera ink which makes the difference in the color from other printers. This printer is well made none of the other HP printers on the market today are equal in quality. I have printed about one thousand photos and reams and reams of paper in color over the years.

You also need a feature to count the number of sheets of paper used by the printer and get some sort of measurement of how much ink is being used. This would help you diagnose if there is a problem with the amount of ink being used is excessive. You could then give possible remedies. Thanks, Kent

So it is vary difficult me to go out anywhere & I can't afford to pay shipping charges. All I need now is FREE shipping on 500 sheet or less printer paper & 25 count or less DVD R-W disc so I can back up my HP computer & save {back up} important files like photos & my family tree research...And how about offering a discount to senior citizens & or AARP members.

Saves the hassle of trying to find a store that carries it. Because it's becoming harder to find and you can no longer get the larger size color ink cartridges which I loved, I think they are on the way out. Please keep making them!

Gave it one star because that's the only way to get the attention of HP to reinstate the D7260 printer model in the search parameter. The only way to find this cartridge is by cartridge number so if you don't know it, and only know the printer you need the ink for, you're screwed because you can't search for the ink required by printer model. Totally sucks and disrespects HP users who have taken good care of their printers and still use them.

Well, to my dismay, my computer stopped on me and cannot get it to connect to my computer for some crazy reason. Anyway , I have bought another( HP Envy 7855) ..HP has great products; keep up the good work

I put in the Cyan ink cartridge only to discover, according to my printer, that the cartridge has reached it's expiration date. Printer will print using other ink cartridges. This has happened to me before, Staples Office Supply and HP, but complaining has not done any good.

They have the ones I need for my older printer that keeps on printing (HP Photosmart D7360) my documents and pictures brilliantly. Since we do not have an office store in my town and the local Wal-Mart does not always have the 02 cartridges in stock is the easies and fasted way to get them. I appreciate that I can still get the HP ink even though they don't sell it in stores. I love the fact that it is free overnight delivery. It's like driving to the store the day after you run out but without using your gas or time. I'm a HP user forever!

The Computer sent a message that the cartridge was out of date and needed to be replaced. I took the printer to a repair shop they checked all over could not find anything wrong they replaced the out dared ink put in a new one and it printed fine. I want authority from HP to return this shipment and replace the order. Thank you, Keith N.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New CYAN cartridge I got my shipment just before leaving town and the CYAN cartridge that I bought does not print. I cleaned the head with Q-tip and ISO alcohol but that didn’t work. You owe me a replacement CYAN cartridge. Black works great.

Initial computer was a gateway - went to HP for a better quality product. Support staff very helpful as they back their product. Had HP electronics way back in the Navy in the 80’s so they’ve been around a long time. Definitely recommend...Need printer ink - order on line and it’s in within a day to your door.
