Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, easy replacement These cartridges are very quick and easy to change. The print quality is very good to excellent. Because they are so easy to replace it is not difficult to actually use the old cartridges until empty and then change to the new one when needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Genuine HP toner fixes printer I had tried a third-party toner refill from Amazon for my HP Color Laserjet. Everything started out OK, but degraded over time to where I had severe streaking and odd non-printing behavior. At first I blamed the printer, then decided maybe it had to be the cartridges. I replaced the three colors with genuine HP toner and the problem immediately disappeared. The streaking disappeared and the aberrant behavior of suddenly not printing a page was also history. Lesson learned. And for the record, I do not work with HP and I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only toner to use The HP Toner selections are the ONLY toner kits to use with HP printers as every printer relies on the internal parts to give an accurate indication of tone usage and when to get ready to replace an empty cartridge. The toner also produces the best color reproductions over any of the "big store" competitors and I would recommend use in any laser printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from genuine hp reliability I have had several brands of print systems as well as toner from HP and from 3rd party vendors. I will only buy HP printers and use genuine components any more. It isn't worth the risk having a printer fail prematurely or toner from Joe's toner supply not work properly. 3rd party toner is fine for B&W, but not for the color laser printers IMHO.

It would be really nice to get a realistic estimate of the number of pages each toner can print, though. Why not assume that with color ink I am going to be printing pictures, not just text. It would also be nice to have less expensive options for this printer. Almost $300 to replenish my toner is ridiculous. Why not be a leader in providing good value to your customers, as well as good quality!?!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from cant use they are the right cartridges for my printer but the dang printer even with new cartridges will not print if I could return them I would. Note if your printer give you an error code,,, don't try to fix it by getting new cartridges

However, it seems that I get fewer and fewer pages for a set of cartridges so I cannot plant when to reorder. Also, if a cartridge runs out, the printer does not print at all, not even just in black, so I have to wait to do any printing for the time it takes for my order to arrive.

Got the HP one and initially got the order wrong, but it was a very smooth process retuning it and getting the correct one. Even used one of those little text boxes at the bottom to do it they you think are just bots. Awesome all around. Great product and great service.
