Already left a poor review for the color cartridges made at the same time of purchase. I expected this to be easy seeing as how the software prompted me to buy the correct replacement ink. Not the case. Printer doesn’t not accept the ink. I never heard back from you after my first review.

Good Product
The large black ink tank is great. The printing comes out clean and sharp on my documents. My only concern is why I need the other smaller black tank as well. It was confusing to use the online ordering, and I ended up purchasing a "grey" tank instead of the small black tank, because it made no sense to need two black (large and small. My mistake that I won't make again. Too bad the ordering page was confusing. I still wonder why the printer requires two black ink tanks when one should do.
