When one of the ink cartridge colors is running low, I am notified during the printing process. I have the option of ignoring the alert or ordering the cartridge from my print screen. It takes me to the Canon website where I have a choice of ordering a regular or XL cartridge. I have an account with Canon, so I put it in my cart and order it. It's delivered within a week. So simple!

I was really happy with my own Cannon printer so when we bought one for our Churche's Archives which we are resposible for, I was shocked when we had to replace the cartridges when we had hardly used them. I was informed that if we had left the printer on instead of turning it off, that the cartridges would last much longer! Lesson learned I HOPE!

Can place an order and within 2 days processed and shipped. Never had to return anything I bought because all 100% working and no problems. When I have a question I can email Canon within 1 day they send the answer and a few days they send me an email to make sure I am satisfied. So keep up the good working between canon and customer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyer beware Canon makes two sizes of PGI-250 ink tanks ( regular and XL. The amont of ink in the XL (22ml) is not enough to make up for the higher cost. Therefore PGI-250 is the better buy.

I purchase Canon Ink Cartridges because the process is very "user friendly". 1 - I get a warning message and graphic showing which cartridge is low on my PC when ink is low. 2 - I then can select which cartridges(s I would like to purchase 3 - I enter how I'm going to pay for it, press Enter and in a few days the new cartridges arrive at my house.
