Rated 5 out of 5 byJDinFL from Cheap Piece Of Storage, don't botherI bought this because I needed a floppy drive to load SATA drivers on a very old legacy system running XP Pro to reload it after failure. The drive arrived late, would not format a floppy and the usb port on the front was bent and the white plastic piece fell out when I tried to plug in a USB device.I spent more on shipping than I did for the drive, the drive arrived late, and it didn't work when it arrived. Don't waste your money on this cheap stuff

The only reason I did was for an emergency on a legacy system that needed the floppy to load disk drivers on a re-install. didn't work anyway and had to scramble to find another 3.5 inch floppy to work. Would not format a floppy, bad sector 0 error on every brand new disk. The usb port on the front was bent and no in alignment. When i tried to gently insert a stick drive, a pin bent and the white plastic piece came out! Worst piece of c(r)ap I have every bought. I paid more in shipping just to get the drive than I did for the drive! Avoid cheap CDW cr(a)p!
