As such it's a very basic design and not much to say about it. However I would not recommend purchasing this from CDW . I received an open-box item (but it was sold as "new" to me) with missing cables and had to painfully find the missing parts somewhere else as the customer service is non-existent. I've tried to get in touch with customer support as well as my assigned sales manager which all happily ignored me. I even tried their online helpdesk which after presenting my case, simply stopped responding and disconnected my session without providing a resolution. I don't have time to deal with so much headache over such a simple product - so after 2 emails and the failed chat session I gave up and instead left this review.

Rated 5 out of 5 byblattuada12 from Product was missing partsI purchased this fan extension card which is extremely hard to find and when I received it there were two missing components - the screws and the power connector. After attempting to return this product or find a solution with their sales and customer relations team, I was told "graphic cards are non-returnable" and they haven't responded to my emails yet since then. I can't even use the card without the power and it is not a graphics card so I don't know why I'm not able to return it. I wouldn't buy this product from this retailer as they aren't verifying all components are included with the products.
