So far so good!
I bought the original UPS 2-plug battery backup unit because of the design. A removable 2 usb charger that you can hot-swap without having to turn off the 2 connected devices? (My modem and router) what else could you ask for! Unfortunately I bought off Amazon and 1 week after I hooked it up the battery flatlined. The UPS still functioned as an expensive 2-plug extension cord but I really wanted that battery function. CDW was the only one that had it and it was backordered. I don't know why more companies haven't come out with something similar but this seems to be a unique item.
All in all, this battery has been functioning since I got it without a hiccup, and if something happened to it I know CDW would honor and replace it unlike a 3rd party seller on Amazon. Thanks CDW for always being their for me and my company!

Hard to beat this capacity!
There are many of this type of mobile power sources on the market these days, but few offer the huge capacity (11,400 mAh that this one offers. And at only 0.6lbs. (0.27KG) net weight, you’ll hardly know you’re carrying it. Top quality and excellent design make this one hard to resist!

so much juice
Got this for a 3-day canoe/camping trip. This year I used my phone as a camera and knew I would need to recharge. In addition, brought it for all our other USB-chargeable items: my husband's iphone, a small tent fan, and an LED lantern. I can't really quantify how much we charged over the 3 days, but I CAN say we were never worried about running out! Came home with it more than half-full.

Great while it lasted
I bought this and the UPS that it went with a few years back as a battery backup for my modem and firewall. It worked fantastic, and allowed me to keep those devices up through several power failures. All batteries have a usable lifetime, and mine failed a few weeks ago. Came looking for a replacement, and I'm extremely disappointed to find out that they've discontinued them. Perhaps it was too niche of a market, I can say though I won't be buying another UPS that uses such a wildly proprietary battery. Both the battery and the UPS are worthless devices to me at this point, unless a 3rd party starts manufacturing replacements.

Used to be great UPS...
I used to have two UPSs'. Now that the battery pack is discontinued, the are mere surge protectors. They worked great until the battery pack died. Now, I need to find another UPS. Will the new one become 'discontinued'? This will weigh heavily on my choice.

Mobile Power Pack that can charge a phone 5 times
Technically I believe this is supposed to go with the BGE50ML mobile UPS, but it can be used on its own to charge devices on the go. Provides a charge of your mobile phone up to 5 times! These are fantastic!

Much needed!
This power pack gave me just the back up i needed when on the go. Im on my iphone constantly for business and this allowed me to work longer and get more done! Great product.

I cannot believed that is discontinued
This is such a great product, I cannot believe that APC decided to discontinue it. I have used this battery with the Back-UPS for years. Such a great product

These replacement batteries are unbelievable expensive!!!!
The UPS unit is great, but the replacement battery is so expensive that I will start looking for a standard SLA batt UPS unit.

I use the unit to provide back up power to my Router for a few hours if we lose power. Second battery pack in 4 years just replaced .

APC 50 Power Pack Battery
Of the four Power Pack batteries I received, one has defective indicator lights. Three of the five vertical lights are permanently dimmed. The performance of the Power Pack seems otherwise unaffected to date.
