Passport Advantage:
IBM Passport Advantage includes software from IBM's DB2, WebSphere®
, Lotus® and Tivoli® software brands. Passport Advantage options
are now available under a single perpetual agreement that doesn't
expire or have to be periodically renewed. If you continue to make
purchases under the program, you may qualify for price levels for
each transaction (called "Transaction SVP Levels" or "TSVP")
that are better than your established Relationship Suggested Volume
Price (or "RSVP") Level-the larger the transactions, the
better the TSVP. Automatic annual recalculation of your RSVP based
on previous 12-month purchase history is possible.

Relationship SVP (RSVP) Level
For a new customer, the RSVP Level is determined by your initial
purchase. The date of that initial purchase, rounded up to the first
day of the following month in most cases, determines your Anniversary.
The Anniversary is used to determine the Software Maintenance renewal
date, as well as the annual date on which your RSVP will be reviewed.
At each Anniversary, your purchases for the previous 12 months are
automatically reviewed and the new RSVP Level is established according
to how many Passport Advantage points were acquired during that
period. These points are then referred to as the "carry over"
points and are used to help determine if you are eligible for an
improvement in your RSVP Level.
Transaction SVP (TSVP) Level
Every Passport Advantage acquisition by a business with a Relationship
Suggested Volume Price (RSVP) Level of "D" or above, including
both the initial Passport Advantage acquisition as well as Software
Maintenance renewal transactions, may be eligible for better pricing
at the Transaction Suggested Volume Price (TSVP) Level.
