No No Easy License Program highlights: The Easy License Program is a basic electronic license program, giving businesses an alternative to purchasing packaged product. This program requires an authorization number from Citrix which you receive when you sign up for Easy License at www.mycitrix.com. The Easy License Program has a "No Return" policy. If you wish to exchange a product, you will be allowed to upgrade to a higher MetaFrame Level, but cannot downgrade to a lower product level. Open License Program highlights: The Open License Program follows a transaction-based model with four levels of discounts, ensuring cost efficiency and licensing flexibility. This model allows you to combine points across all selected products and services in order to establish your discount level. The price discount is determined by the total number of points achieved on the initial purchase order. For the 12-month Agreement term following the initial order, additional orders can be placed at the same discount level, provided each reorder reaches a minimum of 100 points. If a reorder exceeds the current point and discount level, you may be eligible to start a new 12-month period of reorders at a higher discount level.
