The Pure Networking family of Ethernet components from Black Box makes it easy for you to build a small 10/100Mbps Ethernet network. Pure Networking components are affordable, go together easily, and work with any standard Ethernet components you may already own.
Black Box 10/100 Ethernet Switches are the traffic managers of your network. They examine each data packet and send it to the correct port.
The switches are "smart" and easy to set up - simply plug in your devices. They're self-learning and determine the Ethernet addresses in use on each segment, building a table as packets are passed through the switch.

Autonegotiating half-/full-duplex.
