The Itronix GoBook Q-200TM, model IX100X, is an IP-67 rated handheld with an Intel 400 MHz X-Scale processor with 128 MB SDRAM, 1/4 VGA color TFT screen, an easy to use 52-key alpha numeric keyboard, and Microsoft CE .NET 4.2 operating system. Available I/O includes: 1 RS232 serial port, USB Client and USB Host, IrDA (FIR), 10/100 Ethernet, a user accessible type II PC slot, Type I Compact Flash slot for operating system, additional data and application storage and a speaker/microphone. Each unit is supplied with a high capacity 2,800 mAHr rechargeable battery pack, a serial communications cable, a USB client communications cable, an AC charger, power cord, and a 1-year limited product warranty.
