The Enterprise Edition is intended for those organizations that need to scale up or to scale out beyond the Standard Edition limits, or which require the advanced features of business analytics available only to Enterprise Edition customers. The advanced features in business analytics include reporting beyond the boundaries of product sales and Web usage, advanced data mining and prediction, cube partitioning and parallel processing, and extensibility of the reporting and cube features.

MICROSOFT OPEN LICENSE CHARITY

The Microsoft Open License Charity program allows eligible nonprofit organizations to acquire multiple software licenses - rather than multiple software packages - at reduced prices. You only need to purchase a complete software package and enough licenses to cover the remaining amount of computers.

The Open License Charity program saves you money by not including disks and documentation - you pay for the license rights, not the expense of additional packaging. If you don't have media for the software, you can purchase one legal copy of retail product or order the disk and documentation set when you place your order of five or more licenses.
