Planar SD2020

Planar's SD2020, featuring StereoMirror™ technology, provides high-quality viewing of 3D stereoscopic images and allows simultaneous viewing by multiple users. The full UXGA (1600 x 1200) resolution of twin AMLCD monitors delivers stunning images for such applications as geospatial inteligence, medical (not 510(k) approved), molecular modeling, complex visualization and computer gaming. Flicker-free operation allows extended stereo use with no discomfort. The monitor also provides sufficient brightness for use in well-lit areas and in nearly any ambient-light environment. Planar's SD monitors are addressed using several existing stereo modes in Windows, DirectX or OpenGL applications and with a number of commercially available graphics cards. Left eye/right eye information is presented to the correct monitor directly via a DVI interface with no user-supplied hardware or processing. Using the output from the appropriate graphics card, the Planar SD line of monitors includes all the hardware you need to view stereo.
