Access Essentials™ from Citrix® makes it possible for remote and mobile users to place orders, bill customers, schedule resources and track accounts over the Internet as if they were at the main computer site. It keeps business records centrally protected while safeguarding communications over public networks through built-in encryption. Unlike inferior alternatives, it performs well across slow connections, strict network firewalls and non-Windows computers without needing to rewrite applications upgrade PCs or increase bandwidth. Moreover, its simple role-based rules control which central resources individuals see and where they store and print sensitive information. Easy to set up and maintain, Access Essentials™ helps run Windows® business applications on your main servers from home, hotels, airports, customer sites, Internet cafes and even wireless hotspots. Users are automatically load-balanced among available application servers, bypassing any failed or offline machines. The product comes with Microsoft Terminal Server Client Access Licenses (CALs).
