-Allows you to connect your DVI video source (i.e. cable or satellite set top box, DVD player, computer) to a VGA or HDTV display
-Convenient on-screen display allows you to control brightness, contrast and horizontal/vertical picture adjustment
-Converts and scales between DVI and VGA signals, allowing for a variety of resolutions that can be input from your DVI source, based on the resolution required by your device
-On-screen Display allows you to take full control of your display and the resolutions you need in PC or HDTV mode
