The Targus Tornado Notebook Chill Pad is a cooling pad for notebook PCs with two built-in fans for fast heat dissipation. The Tornado weighs only 15 oz and has non-skid rubber domes to prevent any slippage of the notebook. Powered by the notebook’s USB port, the PA248U also comes with a convenient on/off switch.
