128MB ATA Flash Memory card

Simple Technology ATA flash cards use NAND flash memory in conjunction with an ATA controller chip set. This enables the card to achieve write speeds up to 3 MBps and read speeds as fast as 1.5 MBps. The cards can be used in both 5V and 3.3V applications.

Complies with PC Card release 2.1 and ATA release 1.02 specifications
Up to 100,000 write/erase cycles and unlimited read cycles

ECC (error correction code) functions for data reliability
