The Network Appliance Option (NAO) enables users to apply Storage Exec functionality to Network Appliance Filers. With the NAO, administrators can manage policy-based quotas on QTrees, screen inappropriate files, and receive extensive reports to help identify and drill-down on problem areas.

The VIP volume software license program is a cost effective way for single sites or large enterprises to easily managed licensed data protection and storage products. The scaling volume incentives, purchasing flexibility and expense-forecasting capabilities can significantly reduce net cost.
Using a point-based system that offers increased discounts according to purchasing tiers, the VIP Program rewards customers who continue to purchase Symantec products over time. Enrollment requires a small initial order, and points are accumulated for up to two years.
