Proxim’s ORiNOCO Gold 802.11a/b ComboCard delivers the utmost in mobile convenience, allowing secure connections to both 802.11b and 802.11a networks from a single card. With the ORiNOCO ComboCard, users can move easily between 802.11 networks at home, in the office, and in public spaces such as a hotel or an airport lounge.
Only the ORiNOCO Gold ComboCard delivers security sufficient for enterprises via 802.1x with dynamic rekeying. In addition, the Gold ComboCard also provides AES and 64/128/152-bit WEP encryption.
An easy-to-use installation and configuration utility allows users to connect quickly and simply. Set up and store up to 100 unique profiles to move between different locations. Choose a network preference setting for 802.11b or 802.11a to ensure the best performance, and roam seamlessly between 802.11a and 802.11b networks in the same environment. Included Boingo software makes it easy to connect to public hot spots.
