Tourch Screen rocks I have this printer and a 7120. Both have awesome touch screens which are very easy to use. I wish all their printers had touch screens like this. I'm looking at getting a color mfp but the ones that have the touch screen are out of my price range :(. July 18, 2012

4 service calls so far Very disappointed in this mfp since I had 4 service calls so far and it's not even 5 months old. In fact, I had to have the scanner replaced and on another call I had to have the mother board replaced, and on another one I had to have the hard drive replaced twice. Not recommended. Nice printer - close to perfect I love the concept of Xerox's office printer - multi-function features with driver support for Windows, Linux and Apple. The Phaser 3635MFP is a solid printer that works great with only a couple minor "bugs". The touch-panel control pad has some annoying features (why can't I override paper types - requested color, for example, on jobs which are submitted to the queue, and the e-mail directory is clunky), but overall the printer is fast, the scanner works GREAT, and the fax is solid. Phaser 3635MFP great feature and great value Xerox Phaser 3635 MFP has great feature. My most favorite one is the integration with LDAP. Scanning is very powerful and easy with multi options to scan to. You will have the option to scan to e-mail whether by searching the organization contacts or local and the option to scan to folder. Network scanning was a key element when we decided to purchase the product. Using the product to index all scanned documents to the company SharePoint has saved the company thousands of dollars. This is a great MFP for use in a medium size workgroup or small office. It has just about everything you need and does a good job for under 10 users. March 29, 2011
Great product We have 4 of these printers in our office. We love the multi-tray function and that they can be used in several different capacities. I love that they hold a whole pack of paper in one tray which is really handy when I am printing statements. Overall this product is an asset to our office. Thank you! March 17, 2011
