Slow - Does not work as Described - Terrible Support I will keep this brief. This NAS is a complete waste of money. It doesn't do what WD claims it will do. It's horrendously slow on our super-fast network of all new Macs. We were unable to stream music. The only thing it's good for is accessing files when away from home/office but even that is so slow it's problematic. Customer Support is virtually non-existent, I gave up in the end. I got the 8TB version so I wasted a LOT OF MONEY -- don't do it. May 15, 2013
