Seagate Barracuda hard drive, 1 TB 4.5 5 2 2
Just keeps working This Seagate drive has been a hard-working drive for a long time. Where technology and names change, the Baracuda is a stable solution. I use mine in a NAS where I have 4 drives mirrored and running 24/7. It took only 5.5 years for one drive to finally quit and the other 3 are chugging along perfectly, so I was able to replace the dead drive with the same family drive, which I like October 26, 2012
This is an advanced format drive I use these drives in a backup array and since they are advanced format i have to format them differently so backup exec can use them. otherwise they are very good drives. October 25, 2012
