Good speakers for a reasonable cost
I don't usually use speakers, but sometimes need them, so when we invested in the new computer, I got speakers. I've only used them once, but they give really good sound and weren't hard to figure out how to use. Best part is since they are USB, they don't need batteries.

They are too loud. Even on 1% they seem to blow you away if you are sitting at the desktop. They cannot be independently controlled from the speaker icon on the desktop, either. Have called and talked to customer service. It's just a problem. I'll be getting another set sometime soon

Inexpensive,. But sound great. The sound and power is provided from the USB port, some easy and tidy wiring. I've had speakers in the past with separate wiring for sound and power and it became a rats nest on my desk. I'm glad I bought them.

Not very loud, tossed them in a box of junk. Dell sales rep said I had to buy them to qualify for price discount on my laptop. They are not louder than the laptop speakers and I can't hear them when gaming kicks the laptop fans on. Probably donate them to goodwill during spring cleaning as they might be okay for someone without any other sound options.

i am very unhappy with this pourchase, as when i bought my laptop this came up in the accessories, and this laptop doesnt have usb ports, and Dell didnt include the nessary adaptor to make it work. now considering i bought both a laptop and a 2 in 1 computer, you would think that they would have thought about this so i didnt have to chase them down later for this. i am seriously considing cancelling my 10 year account with them if they dont make this right

S150 speakers are hard to beat.
The speakers are nicely made and have great sound. For the price they are impossible to beat. They are not house shakers by any stretch of the imagination but are very good at low to moderate levels in am office home/office environment. A USB A port on you computer is all that’s needed. If you have a USB C only you’d need an adapter that would cost more than the speakers. Look elsewhere if that’s the case.

These speakers have great sound, but the buttons on the speakers do not work on the set that I purchased. Also, the volume controls on the pc when set at the lowest volume (#1) are too loud for an office setting. The speakers were set up on a W7 computer.
So whether these speakers will fit your needs depends upon how you want to use them.

Great speakers. Being usb powered is very convenient for portability and when there is only one wall socket available. As far as performance, I have used these for presentations, as well as movies (entertainment). Don't expect it to carry sound across an auditorium or sound like a true 5.1 surround system, but they are perfect for laptop-projector presentations in a board room or a web cam session where the laptop speaks just wont cut it. The volume buttons on the speakers are a nice touch too and with windows 7, it will lower the system volume when pressed (which works better for noise and sound feedback). Volume can get unbelievably high for these 2.5w wonders.

For the price, and what they are intended for, these speakers are a great value. NOTE, you will not get booty shaking, bass thumping, ear splitting sound, and it may or may not be louder than an internal speaker if you have one, but if you want a more 'stereo experience' or if you don't have internal speakers, or if you don't want your wife to hear the moaning from your online websites, these speakers are for you.

I love the size and ease of setup of these digital speakers, and the sound quality is a great improvement over the sound provided by my built-in monitor camera device. My only complaint it that even at the lowest setting, the sound is fairly loud. I've checked sound settings on my computer but can't seem to find a way to turn the volume down.

Well they’re 15$ for a reason lol, the volume on your cellphone is most likely louder than these speakers but if you just need some speakers for the office and basic sound these will work fine. The thing I kinda don’t like is that the sound level no matter if it’s at 1 or 100 aka max volume sounds the exact same, but like I said they look good appearance wise and work just fine if you’d like to hear notifications and videos online if you want speakers that bump and you vibe out these aren’t for you 100%.

Speakers Help Poor Laptop Sound Volume
These speakers are fine to augment the poor sound quality on my brand new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 laptop that I just bought. The full sound volume on the laptop is terrible, so I had to buy speakers to help. For the money, the speakers are worth it.

Logitech makes a great speaker.
Easy to set up, I like that I can see the volume level right on the monitor. Sound is great. But, one thing. Since I purchased the Adesso CyberTrack H4, which includes a speaker, I don't think I needed this separate speaker. The agent should have noticed that.

less than basic minimum
These are lower than minimum basic speakers....connect via USB...barely audible. Had to buy another set.

Pretty good
These speakers are loud enough for a board room setting which is one of the main purposes we bought these. They work great for a simple 20 minuet presentation or webinar. Just plug it in and go. The only complaint I have is the front buttons don't work very well. They seem to go in 4 levels nothing, low, or loud. not much for middle ground so be ready to adjust the sound on your computer, laptop, or surface tablet.

Don't count on getting the carrying case even though one is in one of the pictures. It is not listed in the tech specs. For a portable pair of speakers I would assume a case would be useful, maybe essential, even if they are smaller than desktop speakers. The speakers have decent sound but are a bit touchy getting the volume adjusted for low volume situations. Great for meetings, average for desktop use. For the price I expected less. (CDW has been contacted and may remove the incorrect picture in the future)

Long-time Dell user, once again satisfied.
My new computer was easy to order and delivered in a very timely manner. It was easy to install and has performed well. I have had quite a few Dell computers over the years and see no reason to change.

Volume is too low. I'd suggest buying better speakers, these kinda suck! Only giving two stars ~ these are cheap. Shipping is ridiculous...

Typical mono dry sounding speakers.. can’t seem to lower the volume to the minimum as the last one I had.. might just be the computer on this issue

Perfect for the right situation
Just what I needed, a second pair of speakers for listening to one PC while using the KVM to another. Not very loud or detailed but just fine for the purpose.

Good Value Basic Speakers
Very easy to set up and has good sound quality. Because there is no woofer the base is less than a normal stereo would have but for Zoom meetings and soft music these are fine.

Great speakers. Being usb powered is very convenient for portability and when there is only one wall socket available. As far as performance, I have used these for presentations, as well as movies (entertainment). Don't expect it to carry sound across an auditorium or sound like a true 5.1 surround system, but they are perfect for laptop-projector presentations in a board room or a web cam session where the laptop speaks just wont cut it. The volume buttons on the speakers are a nice touch too and with windows 7, it will lower the system volume when pressed (which works better for noise and sound feedback). Volume can get unbelievably high for these 2.5w wonders.
