Setup Was A SnapSetup was as easy as 123 follow direction and your finished. The speed at which it take your work and spits it out is mind blowing.

Great for workgroupsOur company has used this tech for years since it is a 3PL and we receive a lot of inventory with paperwork attached that needs to be saved indefinitely as proof of delivery.
Also, on outbound shipments, we need to include MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) since we store and ship hazardous chemicals. For any chemical, we need to have the standard MSDS in digital form so that they can be automatically printed when a shipment is being finalized. We scan these data sheets with this device so that they are available for any outbound shipments. We will also scan truck bills when a trucking company requires the paperwork to be used is the paperwork they provide. We need the digital copy in case we need to reference data not generated by our company's computer systems.
As far as the different options, we use it for both email attachments, and to scan to a network storage device.
Rather than having a scanner at each person's desk, we decided that this was much more economical since it is a dependable high-quality scanner that handles the needs of our customer service department.
