Working with your IT team, HP Services engineers deliver onsite hardware support and over-the-phone software support around-the-clock 365 days per year. Service coverage encompasses HP products and selected multivendor hardware and software. In addition, this convenient HP packaged service makes software updates available to you at substantial savings.

The Defective Media Retention service applies only to products and/or parts replaced by HP due to malfunction. It does not apply to any exchange of products and/or parts that have not failed.
