Great low-maintenance UPS. The only thing I've had to change is the batteries. Battery replacement is very simple and batteries can be hot-swapped. June 6, 2013
I use one of these at home to keep my esxi server, router, cable model, and WAP active in case of a power failure. I also have it set to notify me if there are any power outages, as there are things at home that I need to take care of asap if we lose power. Replacement batteries are expensive, but well worth it. Used these for years, reliable kit and when combined with PowerChute you can safely power off your servers. Replacing the battery is easy and can be done 'hot'. Also the cost of both the UPS and replacement batteries are value for money. January 22, 2013
very strong and silent ups, lots of power outlets and programmable power groups.has 1 16AMP output and 8 10AMP outputs.LCD screen is bright and clear to read. it comes bundled with apc business edtion (free to 5 systems) and has both rs-232 and usb monitor port.battery is replaced at the front and easy to access December 21, 2012
Solid UPS, capable of very good runtimes. This is an earlier model that lacks the front LCD; it instead only has two rows of lights, for load and battery capacity. With a network management card though, that's no big deal - to really use this UPS, you need the NMC anyway. Running great for 18 months now. October 26, 2012
Very solid rackmount UPS. This is our second 2200RM, this revision adds a handy LCD screen to the front, which gives more information at a quick glance of the rack. The optional network management card really isn't optional - it makes this so much more capable. October 26, 2012

APC has been our standard for redundant power solutions, and the quality in their products always shows. Several times within my years at my job we've had power outages that took the whole office down EXCEPT our servers and anything connected to our UPS (made by APC). The outer design often has space saving in mind, so they're easy to store, and the control panels are intuitive and easy to navigate. I honestly wouldn't recommend any other brand. June 15, 2012
