• This protection plan does not replace your manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.
1. This plan covers Accidental Damage from Handling - operational or mechanical failure caused by an accident (drops, spills, physical damage). ADH coverage begins on the date of product purchase.
2. This plan includes Power Surge Coverage- This service plan protects against operational or mechanical failure of a covered product if a failure occurs while properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory. Your surge protector may be collected by the Administrator for examination.
• Mechanical failure coverage (not as a result of an ADH issue) begins once the manufacturer warranty has expired.
• Hardware must come with a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months.
• Upon determination of mechanical or hardware failure, your product will be replaced (it’s that simple).
• Our logistics department will contact you in 1-2 business days from date of claim regarding replacement.
• Once your product is replaced, the contract is fulfilled. You may purchase a new Replacement Plan on your replacement product if you desire.
• This plan has a claims limitation up to the purchase price of the product. The total amount that we will pay to replace your unit is what you paid for your product. If we replace your product or offer a cash settlement for the purchase price of the product, the contract is fulfilled.
• This plan must be sold within 30 days of the hardware purchase and the hardware must be in good working condition at time of service plan sale.
• The plan is fully transferable (Giving it away? selling it? It’s still covered).
• Customer Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 364 days per year.
