3 Year CDW Repair Coverage for Printers, DOP
• This plan covers repairs for mechanical failures on your printer, scanner or all-in-one.
• Coverage begins on the date of product purchase and is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty.
• This protection plan does not replace your manufacturer’s warranty but could provide certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.
• To initiate a claim, call the toll free # on your contract. We will set up a claim and a servicer will contact you to schedule an appointment to come repair the product.
• Hardware must come with a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months.
• This plan must be sold within 180 days of the hardware purchase and the hardware must be in good working condition at time of service plan sale.
• No Lemon Policy – Experience four documented failures on the same component and receive a new replacement product.
• Power Surge Coverage- This service plan protects against operational or mechanical failure of a covered product if a failure occurs while properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory. Your surge protector may be collected by the Administrator for examination.
• The plan is fully transferable (Giving it away? selling it? It’s still covered).
• Our programs are supported by a network of 30,000 technicians nationwide.
• Advanced technical support available on every hardware failure call.
• Customer Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 364 days per year.
