3 Year CDW Repair Coverage w/ADH for Laptops (36 Month OEM), DOP
• Coverage begins on the date of product purchase and is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty.
• This protection plan does not replace your manufacturer’s warranty but could provide certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.
• This plan covers Accidental Damage from Handling - operational or mechanical failure caused by an accident (drops, spills, physical damage).
• Hardware must come with a minimum manufacturer warranty of 36 months.
• 3 way box shipment to and from Service Net’s repair facility is fully covered (we ship a box to the customer with a prepaid label and packing materials, the customer packs the box with the malfunctioning hardware and ships the unit to our facility, the product is repaired and shipped back to the customer).
• Average turnaround time on repairs is 3-5 business days (once the product reaches the depot facility) depending upon part availability.
• This plan must be sold within 30 days of the hardware purchase and the hardware must be in good working condition at time of service plan sale.
• The plan is fully transferable (Giving it away? selling it? It’s still covered).
• No Lemon Policy – Experience four documented failures on the same component and receive a new replacement product.
• Power Surge Coverage- This service plan protects against operational or mechanical failure of a covered product if a failure occurs while properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory. Your surge protector may be collected by the Administrator for examination.
• Our programs are supported by a network of 30,000 technicians nationwide.
• Advanced technical support available on every hardware failure call.
• Customer Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 364 days per year.
