One looked like a cartridge of a strange color so I presumed to have received the wrong one and I sent it back. I ordered the 4 cartridges pack which included the paper free of charge. I still needed the missing cartridge which I ordered. Why when I called I wasn't told about what I needed to have my printer running? Get with it! it is a simple fact.that in order to have my printer going I needed the 4 pcs pack plus the larger black cartridge.

When I ordered the ink pack refills for my computer the 1st time, I was really surprised that photo paper had been included in the order at no cost. I told my son, who was thrilled! Each time I order now, I give him the photo paper. It's such a nice addition to the order and makes the entire ordering process a step above the usual service at other places.

When I buy ink from this site, I get free stuff like the Glossy 4 x 6 paper with my last order. I used this product on a test print a few years, and the picture was colrfully sharp and accurate. I'll use this product some more for pictures in the future.
