The CDW Repair Center offers fast turnaround on repairs to laptops, desktops and servers from major manufacturers including HP, IBM, Toshiba and Apple.

Repair Center Process:
At CDW, our goal is to repair your computer systems as quick and easy as possible and to make the process as easy as possible. To utilize our repair services, just follow these five steps:
1. Gather Information: We'll need certain information from you in order to initiate a repair. Please have your customer number, computer model and serial number available to give to the technician.
2. Contact Us: When you've gathered the necessary information, Contact our Technical Support team via e-mail or phone.

3. Tell Us Where It Hurts: Seriously, tell us what problems you're experiencing. If possible, our technician will diagnose and resolve the problem via e-mail or phone. If not, he or she will assist you in obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your equipment.
4. Download and Complete a Service Center Waiver: We need you to do this before sending your equipment to us. You can download the waiver and, when you've filled it out completely, fax it to us at 847.465.3455. If you would prefer us to fax a copy of the form to you, just let your technician know.
5. Send Us Your Equipment: Your technician will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the equipment that needs repair.
In the Chicago Area?
If so, rather than shipping your computer to us, you can drop it off and pick it up at our Repair Center facility.
