Our governance training, a requirement for all Managed Services staff members, is based on the ITIL approach to IT service management. We have more than 20 ITIL‑certified employees, including the ITIL Foundation Certification, and the top ITIL certification, the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management.
Our Managed Services practice completes a yearly Statement of Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type II audit. This demonstrates how we establish effective control objectives and control activities. The clean (unqualified) opinion expressed in this audit provides confirmation of the strength of our quality control activities and processes in relation to our hosting environment and managed services.
We have received a clean Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Report on Compliance, which indicates compliance with the PCI DSS standard. This validates our ability to provide PCI services to organizations that store, process, and transmit credit card information.
