Get an instant glimpse of the last 4 items you’ve added to your shopping cart as well as your total order amount (without tax and shipping) and item count from anywhere on the site. Just place your pointer on the arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Choose from over 50 industry-leading brands to access product offerings and resources specific to that manufacturer. Even more brands can be accessed through the “Brands” option in the main “Products” menu.

What is the difference between Shop CDW vs. My Account tab?
The Shop CDW tab is home to the information and resources you need to make an informed purchasing decision. Browsing through the menus within this tab, you’ll find detailed product specifications, product finders and details about the services and resources that we have to offer. You will also find in-depth information about today’s key IT challenges such as Business Continuity, Data Center Optimization and more.

Log on to My Account and get instant access to a suite of tools and information that will help you manage your purchases and your account. View order status, tracking numbers, invoices and quotes. Set your preferred shipping and payment methods. See your Account team’s photos, contact info and in/out status. Track assets and generate detailed purchase reports. Create company standards, custom product catalogs and more.  Learn more.
Where do I log in to my account?
Use the Log On link in the upper right corner from anywhere within the site or the Account Log On option on the right hand side of the Shop homepage.

TIP: If you are a frequent site user and want to save some time and clicks, you can take advantage of the option to stay logged on all day or to have our site remember your username. Just check the appropriate box(es) underneath the fields where you enter your username and password.
How do I check the status of an order?
Log on to your account and use the Recent Orders feature on your homepage or select the Order Status option from the Order Center menu.

If you know the order number and billing address for your order, you don’t need to log on. Just click on the My Account tab and enter the information in the Quick Order Status fields.
How do I print an invoice or a quote?
Log on to your account.

To print a quote scroll to the Recent Quotes section or choose the Quotes option from the Quotes and Favorites menu. Locate the quote you wish to print and click on the quote number. Once you have the quote on your screen, click on the “Print This Page” button in the upper right hand corner of the page.

To print an invoice, locate the order associated with the invoice you wish to print. Select the invoice you wish to print from the “Invoice List” option in the Order Information section of the screen. Once you have the invoice on your screen, click on the “Print This Page” button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Where are the Product Finders?
All of the Product Finders can be found on the Products menu on the Shop CDW tab. To navigate to them:

Homepage→Product menu→Product Finders.
Have any of my settings or passwords changed?
Your security settings, usernames, passwords, etc. have not changed. If you have any questions, contact our Support team.
Where did the Macwarehouse tab go?

Our new Apple Showcase has replaced the Macwarehouse tab. The Apple Showcase is where you’ll find all of your Apple® and Mac-compatible favorites. Go to the Apple Showcase through one of these options:

1. Homepage→Products menu→Brands→Click on the Apple Authorized Reseller logo near top of page.
2. Homepage→Scroll to Featured Brands menu→Select “Apple”
3. http://mac.cdw.com
