How Do I Activate My Software Assurance?

To activate your Software Assurance Benefits, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Assign a benefits administrator. If you are the administrator, go to step 2. If not, call your CDW account manager to find out who that is.
   
   
2. Activate your Software Assurance agreement. For Open License, click here and be sure to have your authorization and license numbers available. For Volume Licensing, click here and be sure to have your agreement number, notices contact last name and e-mail address.
   
   
3. Activate your Software Assurance benefits. In your benefits summary section, the highlighted benefits indicate that you qualify for that benefit.
